I worked with her to sell a 9 unit apartment building - something I have no experience with. "10/10 Hands down!

My (2) most important tips for purchasing a home is:

A: Find a Great Realtor
B: Find a Great Mortgage Broker

We began our process with excellent service in both of these areas, however when our Mortgage Broker left the company we ended up with tons of questions that thankfully Kim was able to pick right up.

Communication: Above expectations. I often work late into the night after traditional hours. At any moment if I found a home via trulia or zillow. I would send it to Kim. If she did not respond that night it would be first thing in the morning. She handle all communication mediums which is very rare in this service industry

Knowledge: As stated before, she was on top of any thought we had regarding properties and our style desires. She also provides us insight on things to consider and make sure we cover when shopping rates and looking for the best Mortgage company

Overall: Highly recommend Kim, moving from the East Coast was a huge leap of faith and she made something that seemed economically impossible and reality."

"Kim was wonderful, from start to finish.

My situation was a bit different than most who are looking to buy in the Oakland area; I am not a millionaire, nor do I have a spouse to supplement dual income. This left my home buying experience a bit more challenging, and a bit more drawn out, and at times, heartbreaking.

The great news was that Kim never gave up. She was constantly sending me new MLS listings, helping me make compelling offers, and worked closely with the Mortgage Broker to ensure we were always equipped with what we needed to make a confident offer that I was comfortable with.

In addition to Kim’s geo/demographic knowledge of the greater Oakland area, she is also extremely well connected to all sides of the real estate marketplace - which I found helpful in my search and getting us in the doors we needed to be in.
