Client Testimonials
"Kim got my wife and I through the sale of our Oakland home recently by working very very hard through some trying siturations and making herself available to us 24/7. She’ll take care of whatever your needs are in real estate and you’ll be very pleased with her expertise and effort.
Thanks for being there for us Kim. We love you, appreciate you and we take great pleasure in giving you, the #1 Realtor of them all, a great big thanks. May God Bless You and your Family.

"I have worked WITH and FOR Kim since the early 2000’s and she is still the main reason I love being in real estate. Kim exemplifies the knowledge, compassion and connections it takes to be a realtor in this business. She is seasoned and has stayed in the business through the ups and downs of this crazy market. Kim actually cares about the people she is around. She is careful in making sure she goes above and beyond for her clients no matter what their price point is and I would recommend her to anyone looking for a positive and optimistic real estate agent in the Bay Area, who gets the job done!"

"Kim is an amazing agent and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell property, residential or commercial. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field and what she doesn’t know, she will find out.
I worked with her to sell a 9 unit apartment building - something I have no experience with. She came out of the gate running - got the proper inspections, put out feelers to her contacts and was able to start receiving bids even before the property listed. She worked with me step by step through the entire process. I trusted her and relied on her to get me through the mounds of tedious paperwork. She is fun and easy to work with. There were some obstacles along the way, but she got us through it, not without some foot stomping where necessary.
Call her!

"Kim provides stellar service that truly goes above and beyond, and as first time homebuyers, my fiance and I couldn’t have been more delighted in the guidance Kim gave.
Kim did a great job in providing us key insight throughout our hunt and her gauge on the pulse of the market is spot-on. She’s well connected and has great relationships with seemingly everyone in the field in the area, which proved invaluable not only in judging what a strong offer within our constraints would look like (to ultimately win us our home), but also gave good counsel on considerations of each home we viewed that we might not have been able to gather ourselves.
Most importantly for our case (again, as first time buyers), is that she went above and beyond in our process after our offer was accepted, ensuring that we were well-educated through the process with our mortgage broker, advocating on our behalf for fair play from the mortgage broker, and made herself readily available to us when we needed her.
Kim is amazing and I’d readily recommend her to everyone."

"Kim is that agent who you know will be working for you and you don’t need to monitor. She treats you like your the only client and her life revolves around make your real estate transaction happen. She knows the neighborhoods and the pricing. My transaction was very complexed and she battled through a terrible seller to make the purchase become a reality when I thought most other agents would have walked away in frustration."

"10/10 Hands down!
My (2) most important tips for purchasing a home is:
A: Find a Great Realtor
B: Find a Great Mortgage Broker
We began our process with excellent service in both of these areas, however when our Mortgage Broker left the company we ended up with tons of questions that thankfully Kim was able to pick right up.
Communication: Above expectations. I often work late into the night after traditional hours. At any moment if I found a home via trulia or zillow. I would send it to Kim. If she did not respond that night it would be first thing in the morning. She handle all communication mediums which is very rare in this service industry
Knowledge: As stated before, she was on top of any thought we had regarding properties and our style desires. She also provides us insight on things to consider and make sure we cover when shopping rates and looking for the best Mortgage company
Overall: Highly recommend Kim, moving from the East Coast was a huge leap of faith and she made something that seemed economically impossible and reality."

"Kim was wonderful, from start to finish.
My situation was a bit different than most who are looking to buy in the Oakland area; I am not a millionaire, nor do I have a spouse to supplement dual income. This left my home buying experience a bit more challenging, and a bit more drawn out, and at times, heartbreaking.
The great news was that Kim never gave up. She was constantly sending me new MLS listings, helping me make compelling offers, and worked closely with the Mortgage Broker to ensure we were always equipped with what we needed to make a confident offer that I was comfortable with.
In addition to Kim’s geo/demographic knowledge of the greater Oakland area, she is also extremely well connected to all sides of the real estate marketplace - which I found helpful in my search and getting us in the doors we needed to be in.
Lastly, Kim has energy and spunk. She keeps it real, but works her tail off to make sure you end up happy.
Buying a home (big or small) is no easy task, but Kim never gave up on helping, and kept me energized and hopeful that I would find the right home for me. And guess what? We did! :)"

"Kim is the agent you need for your home search in East Bay. (She is currently with Keller Williams) She came highly recommended to me by a colleague, and from our first interaction, I was impressed. Her knowledge of the real estate market in Oakland is second-to-none. She is patient, kind, extremely responsive, and has cultivated strong relationships within the market that enhance her ability to negotiate for her buyers. On top of that, she has a positive attitude and is a true pleasure to be around. I cannot recommend her more highly!"
